Serve a slice of bread to your husband and he’ll swear it’s the best bread he’s EVER had.

Make your kids lunches with It or even take it on a picnic.

Everyone will find it delicious.

And here’s the best part...

Unlike regular bread that’s loaded with carbs, gluten and grains…

Bad habits are hard to break.

Things like grandmas fresh baked bread.

Her ooey, gooey chocolate chip cookies…

Or her World-famous biscuits and gravy.

Even the occasional craving can still be problematic.

Because it puts ALL of your will power to the test.

Which means...

All of that hard work could be in jeopardy.

Why did I create this Amazing Keto Breads and Pasta cookbook?

That’s easy…

Everyone LOVES carbs, especially bread, muffins and bagels.

But that’s all about to change.

And for a limited time, I’m offering a special discount on my brand-new Keto Breads and Pasta Cookbook.

Once you get your copy, I want you to look through it and marvel at the...

50 Delicious, Keto - Friendly Carb Alternatives That Taste Just as Good (And In Most Cases Even Better) Than The Real Thing.

But before you do that...

Please take a few moments to keep reading and see why I’ve made it my mission to get this incredible cookbook into your hands today.

And the special limited time offer I have for you.

How I Erased 100 lbs, Re-ignited My Energy and Transformed My Health Simply By Eating Keto.

My name is Dr. Ashley Smith, and I’m the creator of The Two-Week Keto Challenge, keto baker and recipe developer.

But more importantly, I’m also carb fiend!

Put a loaf of fresh baked bread in front of me...a flaky biscuit...

Or God forbid a waffle…

And I’ll gobble-it-up in minutes.

But as much as I love carbs today, my body couldn’t always tolerate it...

In fact, just a few years ago, just eating a bagel gave me terrible stomach pain and caused my ankles to swell.

In spite of that, I continued my habit of eating waffles for breakfast almost daily.

I couldn’t accept the fact that it was the whole grain waffles that were piling on the weight and zapping my energy.

And that wasn’t even the worst part!

The worst part was that I was in denial.

As a doctor, I thought I knew better.

I thought that a healthy diet consisted of PLENY of wholegrains.

I was convinced my waffles were healthy.

Boy was I wrong!

Little did I know…

That along with my waffles…

All of the carbs I was eating were slowly destroying my health.

I went from a healthy 135 pounds to an obese 236 pounds.

My skin, my hair and my face looked like I was 30 year older.

My energy was SO low, I couldn’t even think of exercising.

My digestion was off, and to put it simply…

I felt horrible.

There were days that I’d break down in tears…wondering what I was doing wrong.

After trying every popular diet known to man and still not seeing results.

I was about to give up.

Then, one day out of shear luck I spilled my waffle batter all over the counter and simply didn’t have time to make more.

Grabbing a few slices of bacon on my way out the door led to one of the best days I’d had in a long time.

My energy was up.

My stomach didn’t hurt.

I actually felt good.

But all I’d have to eat was bacon!

And here’s where things really changed…

You see, my husband had recently started to study the ketogenic diet.

He was interested in its benefits and later admitting that he was actually looking into for me.

And while he is the last one to ever try to push me into something, he was hopeful that he could convince me that it as at least worth a try.

The way I felt that morning was profound.

I couldn’t remember a time when I had so much energy.

All I knew was that it had something to do with the fact that I hadn’t had those waffles.

So, for the rest of the day, I cut down on ALL carbs.

And when I got home…

I wasn’t exhausted.

More importantly, I wasn’t hungry.

I found my husbands keto stash and dove in.

I spent the ENTIRE night reading case study after case study.

Research paper after research paper.

And article after article.

When I finally came up for air.

My life was forever changed.

Once I started on the ketogenic diet, things dramatically changed.

Both in my body and in how I felt.

My attitude changed, I had more energy to get through my day, I was happier and more focused on my work than I had ever been.

I started waking up refreshed for the first time in years...

In fact, sleep had always been an issue for me and now I was sleeping through the night.

And within a few short weeks…

I felt like a NEW woman!

My entire staff, my patients and everyone around me were starting to make comments.

Asking me what I was doing and telling me how great I looked.

But as nice as all that was…

The best part was that I felt AMAZING!

And the rest as they say is history.

I’ve been following the ketogenic diet ever since.

And it’s been fantastic.

But as great as it’s been…there was always something I still wanted.

Something I missed.

Truth was, even though I felt wonderful, I still missed my carbs.

I couldn’t help it.

I missed the taste of fresh bread, baguettes, garlic toast and bagels.

I missed baking cookies and eating chips and salsa while watching T.V.

And I really missed my waffles.

I searched high and low to find replacements.

I went to every Natural Health market and grocery store I could find.

I even tried a variety of breads and pastas I found online.

The problem was that most were simply gluten free…

NOT, Low Carb.

And the recipes I did find online…

Never turned out quite right.

They crumbled and fell apart.

So not only didn’t they taste good, but you couldn’t use them to make sandwiches or wraps.

And being a baker and a recipe creator myself, I could tell that the people didn’t know how to make bread.

And even more so, I couldn’t believe how difficult they made everything.

I’ve been baking and cooking since I was 11 years old, and even I found the recipes tedious and confusing!

And they tasted even worse.

Fed up with these failed attempts at making bread, I ended up throwing good food in the trash and wasting a lot of otherwise healthy ingredients.

Deep down I knew I could do better.

I knew there had to be a way to not only make keto friendly breads but a whole variety of keto friendly carbs as well.

I knew if I could eat bread and some of my other long time “carb” favorites.

I’d never have any problems sticking to the ketogenic diet.

Maybe you can relate?

That’s why, recently I started to experiment with my favorite recipes to see if I could find a way to make all of these delicious carb-laden foods…

Keto friendly.

Day-by-day, I started to figure out what worked and what didn’t.

I discovered that almond flour and coconut flour worked as a great substitute for white flour (but you had to adjust the proportions).

I learned that the dairy in most desserts can usually be replaced with coconut milk or coconut oil.

For almost 9 months, I was a mad-woman in the kitchen.

I spent all of my free time experimenting, sampling and covered in almond flour as I tested bread recipes.

I even had tasting parties.

The bread and pasta dishes that my friends and family absolutely LOVED...

Made it into my cook book.

Those they didn’t like were thrown out.

How The Keto Breads And Pasta Cookbook Was Born

After nine long months of testing I finally had a whole new collection of keto-friendly carb alternatives.

At first, I had no intention of selling them.

I was just planning on keeping them for myself and sharing them with a few friends.

Not long after that, I was at a medical conference on the topic of obesity.

I was talking to some of my colleagues about my personal experience with the ketogenic diet.

And while they admitted that it had obviously worked for me.

Many were doubtful that people could give up bread, pasta and other carbs for good.

That’s when I told them about my recipes.

And how I’d actually overcome that problem with a series of my own creations.

Of course, they were skeptical…

Until they tasted my bread.

And that’s when I decided that if not being able to eat bread, bagels, muffins and pizza would keep people from experiencing all of the health benefits of the ketogenic diet…

I had to get my recipes out there.

And as you can see by some of the pictures below, the breads and pastas in my cook book are not only healthy and keto friendly…

But they look amazing too.

And the best part?

You’d NEVER guess these recipes are 100% Keto Friendly.

The breads moist and flavorful…

The cookies are crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside (just how I like ‘em).
