Cucumber Meals: Eat As Much As You Want?

This meal plan is based on cucumber salad which you can eat as much as you want whenever you feel hunger. It is ideal for everybody who doesn’t really want to think about what they are going to eat while following a particular regime/ It is really simple.

There are only a few ingredients that are included in that meal plan so it can last from 10 to 14 days. The extended version of it which lasts for 14 days gives amazing results, of course depending on the level of physical activity. As we already mentioned,it is based on cucumber salad which you can eat as much as you want.

It is highly beneficial and you don’t have to worry that your body will lack something during this period.

Other ingredients you can eat during the day are:

– 2 boiled eggs or 150g of tuna without oil or 150g of chicken breast
– 2 big boiled potatoes or 3 slices of whole grain bread
– 500g of organic fruits.

When it comes to liquids, you can drink plain water, tea and even coffee of course without sugar. Soft drinks, alcohol, and candies are strictly prohibited.

As a meal or as a brunch, you can eat unlimited amounts of cucumber salad, or you can drink cucumber shake. So, whenever you feel hungry reach for one of these two things.

EXAMPLE OF MENU:

Breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs + bowl of cucumber salad
Brunch: 5 plums or one big apple or peach… or any other seasonal fruit (do not exceed 200g)
Lunch: Toasted whole grain bread + bowl of cucumber salad
Snack: Cucumber shake
Dinner: Your choice of fruit, up to 300g

HOW TO MAKE CUCUMBER SALAD

You can prepare it quickly and its preparation is very simple. All you need is 400g of cucumber, 2dl of yogurt, and you can add some garlic if you want.

Instructions:

Peel and cut up cucumber in small slices. Salt them and mix them with yogurt. Add some garlic according to your wishes and it is ready.

CUCUMBER SHAKE

Put in blender one washed cucumber (do not peel it), a handful of spinach and one green apple. You can add some fresh ginger if you want. Also, add some walnuts or almonds over the top. Drink it while it’s fresh because it loses beneficial nutrients the longer it sits. This shake will supply your body with vitamins and minerals especially vitamins A and K. It is also rich in fiber, magnesium, iron, vitamins C, E, and B as well as calcium and potassium. A lot of beneficial ingredients our body needs is in this refreshing drink.

Even though this is a simple meal plan, you need to pay attention to the quality of ingredients. Try to stick to fresh and organic fruit and vegetables.
Moderate physical activity is important while following it, so something like half hour walk will help manage weight even more effectively.
