Ingredients (12 servings)
3 6oz. can wild caught tuna or wild caught salmon
6 ripe avocados cut in half and pitted
9 tablespoon mayonnaise
12 tablespoon relish or cucumber pieces
3 green onion sliced in small rounds
black pepper flakes to taste
1. For the filing combine all the ingredients (except the avocados) and mix.
2. Fill the avocado halves with a large scoop of filling (I use an ice-cream scoop for this). Top with more green onion and fresh thyme leaves if you want.
Notes: You can top the boats with extra chopped green onion and fresh thyme leaves if you like.
