The aroma of these crispy  cutlets makes my whole family come to the dinner table. These easy-to-make cutlets are awesome and even my children like them. Add a splash of lemon for a little freshness and everyone will be asking for seconds!

Preparing: 10 Minutes / Cooking: 60 Minutes

Ingredients (6 servings)

6 pork cutlets

1/2 cup italian dressing

1/2 cup grated parmesan

1 tbsp pork seasoning

1-2 tbsp ghee

Directions

 1. Heat a medium-sized frying pan to medium heat, and melt your ghee (or butter).

2. Set up two bowls, one for your Italian dressing, and one for your seasoning + grated parmesan.

3. Dip each cutlet first in Italian dressing and then your seasoning/parmesan bowl to coat. Set aside on some plates (don’t stack or they’ll stick to each other).

4. Depending on the size of your pan, you may need to cook them in batches because it’s important not to crowd the pan. Add 1 tbsp ghee or butter and let melt, then add your cutlets to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes on each side. Repeat until they’re all done, and garnish with more parmesan and fresh herbs (optional) and enjoy.
